Abaco consists of many fragmented cays spread over some 130 miles. Abaco is the northern most island of the Bahama chain. Abaco's population is about 13,000 with the capital being Marsh Harbour.

Abaco is greatly loved by sail boaters, and considered by some to be the sailing capital of the world. It also a great option for the person looking for a vacation experience apart from the larger hotel and resort chains. There are miles of powdery white sand beaches just waiting to be explored.
